Go forth and read today’s Penny Arcade

For it is hilarious.

Apparently Gabe found out that SOE got their hands on the developer whos making the new DCComics Online MMORPG. Gabe (as well as I) hate SOE for royally fucking up SW:Galaxies. When he found out that they are making the DC Comics MMO, he got upset.

See the comic here.

Ok so thats not the really funny part....the funny part is that the President of SOE, John Smedly, reads penny arcade and writes them emails sometimes trying to defend SOE whenever they bash him. So Smedly sees this comic yesterday and promptly has 1,200 krispy creame donuts delivered to their offices.

Apple Announced New Products Today

Here is a transcript w/ pictures of the entire keynote summarized over at Engadget.

The gist of it:

New Mac Mini with 2 different versions

"We have two models, 1.5GHz Intel Core Solo, 512MB RAM, 60GB hard drive, Combo Drive. $599. Second model is 1.67GHz Core Duo, 512MB RAM, 80GB drive Super Drive. $799" - Steve Jobs

Some new mac software announcements that have to do with OSX.

A new iPod accessory. Now I know there are tons of iPod accessories out there but they are all made by 3rd party vendors and very few are made by Apple. Naturally, when Apple releases one theirselves it gets more news because its usually very welll done/expensive.

The iPod Hi-Fi. Its a boombox you can plug your iPod into but its like the Bose equivalent of one. 250 watt output or something of the sort etc etc. Retails at 349$.

iPod Hi-Fi pictures can be found here.

Clip from Wired article:
